Lotus Color Dew Nail color in Toffee- Review and NOTD

This is my first nail color from Lotus Herbals. I must say I am impressed with the quality. The shade I have is Toffee.

It is a brown color with pink undertones. It is a pretty color.

The applicator is really nice. Just one coat gave nice color pay off. Even on the second coat it din' streak. I have been wearing the nail polish for four days now and still it has not chipped or lost its shine. I am quite liking it. Will try more colors soon.

It is free from Acetone, DBP and toluene.

The price is Rs.99 and I got it for Rs.94
This product is sure a catch for me :)

Faces Cosmetics Satin Matte Lipstick Review - 03 Cordovan

This is my first Lipstick from Faces Cosmetics. I bought it through Fashion and you website.

There is no much information about these lipsticks on both their indian and foreign websites. I did find them in one online shopping portal. So I do not know whether these lipsticks are available with retail stores. Faces cosmetics is available in Chennai at Naidu Hall, Pondy Bazaar. I am yet to check their availabilty. Will update if I find them there.,

I got the shade 03 Cordovan:

The price is Rs.299 for 4.2 gms. I got it on a discount for Rs. 209 : D

What is Claims and Ingredients:

My experience:

The color I have is 03 Cordovan. It is brown lipstick with pink undertones.I think this color will look different on different skin tones. On me it looks closely to a pink lipstick. Since it is matte it can give you a washed out look if not topped with a gloss. Though it give matte effect, the lipstick is very creamy and did not dry out my lips. This is the one point I love about it. It melts easily and I am storing this in my fridge. I can't comment on the staying power as none of the lipsticks last on my lips. It stays for around two hours without eating or drinking. The smell of the lipstick is similar to that of the Maybelline Colorsensational Lipsticks. I like the smell. Overall I really like this lipstick.

Pros:
Very Creamy
Not Drying at all
Will suit most of the skin tones
Glides on smoothly
Smell is mild.

Cons:
Can give a washed out look on some. You need to top it with a gloss.
Melts easily. You need to store it in the fridge.
Need to handle very carefully or it can break easily.

On my lips:
I have uneven lips and this lipstick covers my lips decently. The pigmentation is very good. I have lotus lip balm under the lipstick and nothing else.

Overall I like this lipstick and will surely re purchase.

Aroma Magic Skin Fresh lotion Review

This is my first toner. I usually use rose water as a toner. When my current one got over I wanted to try some real toner. I saw many reviews stating Aroma Magic Toner is really good. When I asked for that toner it was not available and the SA suggested this one.

Claims, Ingredients and directions:

Price: Rs.55 for 120 ml.
Shelf Life: 2years


My experience:
I really like it. It helps my face to fresh up. Skin feels clean after using the toner. My pores look smaller. I am totally happy with the product. The smell is similar to rose water.
I have transferred the contents to a spray bottle. This makes the usage easier. I spray as soon as come from my bath. I leave it for about a minute or two to absorb into my skin and follow up with moisturizer. I am using the tone only once a day.

Pros:
Helps to make my face fresh.
Face feels clean.
Pores look reduced.
Freshness is there is for a long time.
Inexpensive.
Sutiabel for all skin types.
Available in bigger sizes also.

Cons:
It would be nice if it comes in a spray bottle. This would make the application easier.
No cons other than this.

Re purchase: Yes!!!!
